I have golden highlights in my chocolate colored hair. But I'm wondering which out of the following I should do to it.
1. put more golden highlights in it.
2.Put dark brown lowlights in it.
3. dye it back to normal color so I don't have to worry about dying it more when roots come.
4.Or if you have another idea I'd love to know!
For more info my hair is about two inches below my shoulders with layers... and I like my hair cut I just need help on my hair color!

get:
long layers
dark brown highlights
(if there arent very many) then put more golden highlights
get sidebangs

I would go with the lowlights. It is good to have some contrast. However, it IS winter and I think highlights don't seem right for this time of year.

Coloring is a waste of time and money-- the investment is only necessary when you have /gray/ hair.. and do you know how the chemicals draw all the nutrients and color out of your hair?

Personally, I think that you should go over the highlights with some redlights... Have your cosmetologist use SoColor, their reds last longer than most brands...

i would say put in another shade of blonde highlights in. but it would be best to ask your hair stylist
