It's pretty normal to be very shy around those you like, and believe me everyone's been through that stage where you want to tell him/her you like him/her but it won't come out. It's around Christmas time, try giving her a present, and say, "[inserthernamehere], I really like you, Not just only your looks but your great personality, i'm not asking you to say yes to my question, but would you go out with me to dinner?" Oh and don't forget to say Merry Christmas + A Happy New Year!

As a female, I think you should ask some of her friends and anyone close whether she's interested in you or not. If you know that she likes you, you should ask her out because most likely she'll give you the answer that you're looking for. From experience, I've had a bunch of good guy friends that asked me out but I didn't feel the same way about them as they did for me. In some cases, it got awkward and our friendship drifted apart.

tel her you like her and if she likes you back shel tell you if not tel her that if she doesnt like you that ull respect that and that u would still love to remain best friends:)
