NO legitimate lottery would ask for your credit card number. Surely you"re intelligent enough to know that, aren"t you?

Under no circumstance should you give your information. If you won, they should be paying you.

( I once received a letter saying a won some sort of lottery and I later found out it was a company selling magazine subscriptions, scamming people into giving them a call)
