You don't need to get it off the Internet. If you have a recent Mac, it came with Appleworks (or its successor, Pages).

Anyway, if you want a free office program, just go download NeoOffice/J ( http://www.neooffice.org ). There's no reason to pay for Appleworks or MS Office.
