You have to exercise and eat a very low fat diet. No caffeine. No red meat, no dairy (take calcium supplements), no processed food. Nothing fried...you get the idea.
Eat fresh fruits and veggies. Grilled chicken or fish. Tuna fish (w/ no mayo). watch the carbs.
Do cardio (work up to an hour, you can even walk) at least three times a week. Do strength training about three times a week too.
In about six to eight weeks it will be gone.
This worked for me. Did it in my 20's and again after I had babies.

hehehehhe fat waves...that's funny! I guess it would depend on how old you are and how much you weigh. Get your doctor to check your BMI (body mass index) to see if you are overweight or obese. The difference will mean either overall wieghtloss or targeted exercises.

Find out what workouts are good for your legs. Squats etc maybe or ballet exercises.

i believe you are referring to cellulitis- and it is not easy to get rid of it- there are creams and I dont know if they work, I dont know anyone who used them but you can also have lipo

lose weight overall... but if you are talking about cellulite.. good luck. its hard to get rid of that.
