I'm an aquarius as well, but I don't think a person's zodiac sign plays a role in the gift. What does she need or like? My bf got me an ice cream maker because I love ice cream.

oh my gosh. its Christmas EVE. Ok, crash course: Do something romantic...but leave it up to her WHEN she wants to put that kind of time aside just to spend quality (and romantic) time with her! (remember- she can decide to take a day in a weekend sometime in JANUARY... So, give her a card that says "Redeemable for -----"
here are some ideas:
1.) Take her indoor ice-skating, then cook for her, her most favorate meal (ie. lasagna is a classy fav), then snuggle up and watch HER choice of movie. make the day about her.
2.) Take her to a ball game- what's her fav. team, what sport..whatever it is, even if its not the season, write down in the card that it is REDEEMABLE for tickets when they come to your state, or whatever. (a concert might be a good idea too).
3.) Show her how romantic you can be, write down "A Secert get-away" and let the entire trip be a surprise to her, until the day you take her...maybe do something like wake her up really early- (bring food) and watch the sunrise. take a road trip, don't let her know the next place, ect.
4.) Make her a cd, and say.."I'm going to cook dinner for us, then we are going to dance all night long"...litterally- ask her to dance to all her favorate slow songs. Give her a rose with this one too. that will be good- maybe candles too... :o)?
5.) buy her some diamond earings. she'll love them..but let me just say, that any girl would rather have #1-4. ps. have you already asked her to marry you?... or will you guys have been married BY christmas day??? wow. if thats the case...go with your gut feeling. YOU are dating her!!!

the gift of yourself is the best write her a nice handwritten letter telling her how you feel about her and the life you and her will have together it works i am aquarius as well we love that romantic stuff

It depends on how much you can afford to spend. You could get her some diamond earrings, or a digital camera, or even tickets to a play she may want to see. Good luck!
