If you are talking about flipping something the word is 'voltear'. If you are talking about a flip in the air it could be 'pirueta' or 'acrobacia'. Also, a back flip is 'salto mortal'

flip as in to flip the page over = voltear
or lanzar like to flip a coin = lanzar una moneda al aire
