Douse it with peroxide- and make sure the peroxide gets into the hole- do this continually until the fizzing stops then place an antibiotic cream on both side and rub into hole-- If it gets red- and swells- see a doc and take the earring out- it may not have been surgically clean and/or you may have an allergic reaction to the metal it is made of

Get some Hydrogen Peroxide and clean the infection out thoroughly. Put some on a cotton ball and hold it on both sides of the ear lobs. After a little bit remove the cotton balls and dab at the ear lobs with a dry cotton ball.
Get some Neosporin, It comes in a tube and it has two kinds, one with pain reliever.
Put a dab on the sores after you have cleaned out the infection.
Clean the posts before putting them back in.

Go to the doctor and get some antibiotics before you get a serious staph infection. You should be cleaning the areas with just soap and water; no neosporin or peroxide (it kills new skin cells). Call your doc. Godloveya.

Dab Hydrogen Peroxide several times a day; front and back. Wear earrings that are for sensitive ears and sterile.
