as a girl i think i know what other girls like and if u come on too strong then it might scare her so for a first you can start up a conversation wiht her every once in a while about normal stuff, maybe if ur having a simple problem with maybe work(if ur in school) or ask for directions, jus simple stuff like that(be creative), then when your friends or when she knows u somewhat, then tell her u like her or whatever then you ask. u never ask a girl to go out and she doesnt know who u are at all. makes her think ur kinda creepy.and dont buy her anything because then she'll think ur trying to "buy" her.wait till ur sure she likes u then u buy stuff, but not too much stuff.

Do you talk to her at all? do you hang out with her? what do you know about this girl? Are you only attracted to her because of her looks?
Basically you need to get to know her first and if you already know her then that is great.
Anyways, how to ask her out, make it sound casual, be calm and control of yourself, and be confident (girls like guys who are confident). Make sure you are well groomed, smell good, nothing in your teeth, and you don't embarrass yourself.
When on a date, don't be a push over, but don't be an asshole either, let her know that you are in control but let her have some descions as well.

If she's ur friend, then ask her out for a movie or a cafe...
if not a friend... then try to make her a good friend of urs... n then ask for a movie or a cafe...
