Why, the one that means the most, of course.

Wish I had a list of tats to call my own, but a 17 a barely have the piercings I have, let alone any tats. Actually, doesn't make great sense that I've had every common piercing and a few people call me crazy for and haven't been allowed a tattoo... but 18 is only months away, so it's all good.

But really, the way a tattoo looks doesn't matter all that much. If it's what you wanted it to be and means something to you, it's beatiful.

Except for the tat I once saw on a guy's wrists. He literally tattooed them bleading, cut wide open. I can be emo at times, but I simply can't see why an 18yo would do that and not think what his kids will think of it one day. if it's gonna be offensive, I won't say don't get it, but don't get it where the worlds can see it at all times.

Of my four tattoos, I would have to say that my butterfly on the middle of my chest is the prettiest. It was very painful but was worth it. Everyone compliments on it ALL the time!

I have a fairy sitting in front of a waterfall on the back of my leg. She has over 30 different colors in her and it took over 20 hours to get her done. An she is very original. There is not another one like it. My friend is the tattoo artist and it took us 2 years to get the pattern right.

I only have 2 tattoos now but I love them both. I guess the 'prettiest' one is the one on my leg (display pic) because its alot brighter than the other one

I would say the one that's prettiest to me is one that my husband and I both got done together to have matching tattoos the day before he deployed to Iraq w/ the Army. We both got a cross on our backs with an eye in the middle of it but it's hard to tell it's an eye with the patern of the cross because it just blends so good. My husband created it himself. I love it because it means alot to me to match the love of my life and the saying we have is "God is watching our backs all the time". It's also really sexy on me and really hot on him.

My gf have a flower. I think it the prettiest thingy, not because of the tattoo but because it was drawn on her butt. Nice. And i regularly tell her the tattoo is nice so she can keep on showing it off to me.

I have my daughter and granddaughter's names in Celtic lettering with a little swirly divider between. I let them choose the colors.... my daughter chose bright blue and her little girl chose bright yellow. It's beautiful and very meaningful.

But my old-skool Navy tat in memory of my dad is a very close second!

We have a family tradition of getting our children's names tattooed, but I am the first of the females to do it.

I love my first (and maybe my only).

It reminds me to stay strong when the roads get rough because i've been through so much, why give up now?

pic of it on my 360.

If I ever got more, i would maybe get matching lotus flowers or cherry blossoms that compliment it on each shoulder blade. something simple and beautiful, not tacky.
