like eyelashes? I just had one in my eye and it slid behind my eyeball or something. That happens a lot so I'm worried that it will build up in the back of my eye and I will go blind. LOL. Serious answers appreciated....

They come out..... Just like if you got a sliver in your skin... They get covered in icky eye gunk (well, PUS really!) and you will wipe it away, but you will be thinking that you are just wiping away a big chunk of eye gunk.

no... funny theory though.....!! what happens is there are little sort of bacteria on your eye liquid that break down things that get in your eye......lol...........go blind!!!

THE SECRETIONS IN YOUR EYES WILL MORE THAN LIKELY FLUSH THEM OUT. YOU AREN'T GOING TO GO BLIND FROM THEM.
