I haven't seen a guy in 5 years he is a really nice guy but to tell the truth I can't remember what he looks like just his name..is it rude to tell him?

I wouldn't tell him anything. 5 years is a long time. If he is a nice guy you will remember him when you see him. If not then when you do see he act nonchalant and tell him I haven't seen you in so long. My goodness how are you doing? Nine times out of ten you probably won't forget his face a second time. If you do then he wasn't worth remembering any how.

don't ask for his name. just ask for a recent pix and tell him that u wanna know how he looks like now. i don't think it's rude. and for the name, just call him "sweety, sweetheart, honey, etc.." cuz he'll think it's cute and he won't have a clue that u forgot his name. anyways goodluck. happy holidays
