well i think that if he is SUPERR shy and the guy likes the girl then he would feel relieve but dont annoy him and call him like 3 times a day!!

most guy don't care if the women calls. But, if you keep getting a message like he not home, don't keep calling. Wait for him to return the call

Well i would like it because, it would show that the girl cared enough about me to call, and not wait for some one else to do all the work.

Depends on the guy. If you call I would say, "That you would love the opportunity to chat sometime soon ... so when he has a chance to give you a call."
