Find a university near you that has a dental program. They will have a public dental clinic for their advanced dental students to do procedures under the supervision of a fully licensed dentist. It might take longer than normal for them to do some of the work but that is because they are being very careful. It will be at rates much less than a regular dental office. Good luck, I hope it helps.

If you can make payments try Comdent Dental or Affodable Dentures. These places take payments with no interest. my boyfriend has awful teeth and no insurance so we went to these places and they were great people and very nice. You cant live in pain from your teeth that is the worst pain ever, a toothache, or a whole mouthful of pain. I would look on the internet and see if there are any affordable dentists in your area. i dont know where you are from so i cant really say what is in your area. if you email me back maybe i can help you look up some dentists in you area that are affordable.

If you are in a lot of pain that is a health risk, you can die from dental problems so it is very serious. If you have no insurance on the job you can try medicaid in your state, also the department of health sometimes has dental services for cheap or no cost. Also try the county hospital in your area, in Illinois they have a dental area and do simple procedures for free. Other options are dental schools at universities or area hopitals, they have low cost dental services and some are free, for instance in Chicago you can go to Northwestern Dental School or UIC dental School, check the local universities and hospitals in your area, almost all dental schools have this service. Also you can try this site, they have a dental program where you pay an join fee and you get discounts on your dental services, they have a cost invoice on the site so search different companies for the cheapest cost for the procedure you need. I have done this and I got a $1000 dollar root canal at a discount and only paid $400 dollars, the site is http://www.dentalplans.com/. I have also used dental schools and the work was excellent. Between all of these options no matter where you live you can find something to help you. Good Luck

Contact Dental Colleges in your area, many do work at reduced rates.
I know how you feel. But.........whatever it takes get these teeth dealt with, dental problems can cause health problems generally.
The first visit, they will likely take xrays and prescribe antibiotics.
After a few days you will feel better, but the pain will keep coming back until you get the teeth out.
Simple extractions are usually uncomplicated and not very costly.
