If everyone followed Christianity like it was meant to be followed...the world would be perfect. Jesus had the best life principles out of any religions in my small opinion. Too bad we humans are like we are.

Peace and fight are essentials parts of the ecological system in this planet (or the evolution). The fight to survive is what moves all the living things in this planet.
But I accept your argument. In a society like ours the peace should over rule the hate, but this is not necessary the case. Religion is one of the principal forces of intolerance that doesn't permit the spreed of peace.
I really don't know what is "holy" in the Holy Land.

'faith' is basically a term. people are social animals and that they flock jointly decrease than some worry-unfastened theory or activity. faith is basically one among them and religions have been shaped to do an analogous, to unite. over the years as in the rest, there are diverse evaluations and philosophies and the greed for supremacy which brought about the wars attributed to faith. in my opinion had we no longer had religions like Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, and so on, we'd have arise with religions/communities like Engineers, docs, sportsmen, and so on which somebody could call as 'religions' final analysis - conflict isn't the purpose of any faith, that's the greed of communities of persons that motives conflict.

Absolutely not. Was World War 1 based on religion? Was World War 2 based on religion. The Nazis were very anti-religion and they were all into science (the "science" of race) and they caused the biggest war in history of civilization. Was the Cold War based on religion? Was the Civil War based on religion? I could go on and on. The truth is that the biggest wars were all NOT based on religion, but other factors such as nationalism and politics.
