No, I had braces for 6 years. Only for food that will get stuck in your braces. By the way I started by brushing after every meal and snack and following their rules about what not to eat. But then eventually gave up and I did fine.

I had braces for 4 years and brushed after every meal. My orthodontist didn't mention to brush after every snack. But I think that if you could that would be good. But if it isn't possible for you to brush after every snack then it's not the end of the world. Just make sure that you brush your teeth often during the day.

despite if this is barely an afternoon previous, the worst available situation i ought to verify available is a foul flavor interior the foodstuff. in case you have a good immune gadget, (occasion. no longer broken via ailment or an infection) you would be completely positive, and despite in case you do no longer i will very just about assure you to be nicely, yet you're able to get a abdomen soreness.

Is it sugar free? Even the protein in the jellow can cause cavities so, I guess that is a "yes"

I would think so, and make sure you pre-rinse with Plax or store brand formula.
