How to make the eyebrows thicker without make up??

Dont do what that guy said, plucking them will not make them thicker and you may end up perminantly destroying some of the hair folicles which means LESS hair will grow back. Unfortunaltey it is not possible to make your eyebrows thicker without makeup, but a subtle way is to use an eyebrow mascara which will add color to the existing brow hairs making them look thicker.

pluck them all 3 or 4 times they grow back thicker

you could try twee-zing the areas that you want to have hair grow in around your eyebrows but be careful because if you don't like it then you will have to tweeze or wax them regularly to keep them looking good.

Eye brow pencils, get one that is about the same color as your natural brow color.
