My cousin is about your age, and is currently dieting. He went to the Dr. to get a diet. He eats lots of fruits and vegatables. The fruit he eats raw. The vegatables, steamed or cooked w/ a little water. For dinner Grilled chicken, Grilled Fish...with NO heavy sauces or ketchup. Mustard is OK. he also eats plain oatmeal w/ some yogurt and Fruit for Breakfast. Tuna fish (without mayonaisse) is okay and he eats that for lunch a lot w/ some fruit and vegatables.
As far as milk goes, he drinks skim milk now only. Fruit juice is fine as long as it's sugar free and 100% juice.
He's also exercising more. Usually he goes for a walk sometime during the day or early evening. For as long as he can, I think now he's up to walking for an hour!! You can also do some situps and pushups. But I would hold off on weights right now unless you are under the supervision of a Dr. or a coach or something due to your age.
My cousin was very obese, but he's lost about 50 pounds so far! I hope this helps

This is actually a healthy weight for your height, which is what matters, but if you feel bad about yourself or your appearances that doesn't help much, does it?
So my advice: eat HEALTHY... exercise often. If you're in front of video games too often, try taking a walk (or anything active) a few hours each week, or even as often as you can. DO NOT stop eating, or try to go on a crash diet... they are not only extremely unhealthy but (get this) can make you GAIN fat... Your body, if it fears starvation, begins to store fat and convert energy into fat. So to anyone trying to lose weight, many people don't seem to know this. Starving or not getting enough calories almost never makes a person look better, ASIDE from it not being healthy.
As to what you should eat, well, I'm sure you know... veggies, fruit (if you're not diabetic) etc.... crackers are a good snack, even with cheese if you don't overload on the cheese (since you're not trying to shed like 50 pounds here)... but you can probably find healthy snacks that are more interesting. For example, there are SO many varieties of yogurt nowadays... KEY thing for the amount you probably want to lose/physical appearance improvement is much more going to be exercise. You probably need toning of muscles more than anything, but hey, it sheds calories and fat too.

you're in basic terms 13. youre a youthful woman dealing with an excellent form of hormones and stuff appropriate now. your weight is nice along with your top, once you get older your physique could needless to say do away with some weight it relies upon on your pastime and what you consume. stay faraway from milk. in case you go with for milk drink organic and organic decreased milk. conventional milk has an excellent form of hormones in it which could mess you all up. yet anywasy you're completely nice. i'm 5'2 and weighed a hundred and five till now i had my first toddler after him i weighed 114 and those are the two time-honored. that person who says they're 5'7 and 119 plus dropping 7 greater sounds like a toothpick and specific would not have lots exciting being one lol you gotta be healthful. while i replaced into 12-14 i weighed 148 i'm in basic terms 5'2, i replaced into obese and no one informed me to placed on a bra so now I even have stretch marks on them. yet i lost weight with out attempting as i've got been given older.

If you want to feel more fit, you can do some basic toning and weight training exercises. Talk to your gym or health teacher. He or she should be able to show you some exercises to tone your body and build muscles.

Don't compare yourself to other people. Focus on learning and growing as a person and you'll quickly realize that your weight or size is of low importance. Being a smart, healthy, good person IS important, and that's what you are!

Uh, that's a cool weight at 13 and male. You're starting to ooze some hormones that basically are going to turn you into more muscle than baby fat. You need the mass you have right now for the transformation. It's amazing to watch boys do that, get man-solid and hunky starting at your age. Your diet should be right off the basic requirements from the food pyramid. You'll start to experience AWFUL hunger in this year. Feed it. Carbs. Keep physically active. Work out. Drink lots of water.

You are only about 8 pounds overweight.

Simply eat alot of veggies, less carbs.

Stay away from caffeine and anything with

sugar in it - food and drink.

And exercise 1 hour a day = Cardio.

dont worry your not done growing,youll get taller.you would look funny at 6 foot 1 and 128 lbs.

you shouldnt lose any weight, try working out and changing it to muscle mass
