That is the age old debate.
To be politically correct....... outside of the law.....and appear "faithful", some folks will tell you it is not "sex."
However, when the intent is to satisfy a sexual urge using genital stimulation. the majority of modern cultures and common sense will tell you that it is sex.

Yeah i would say so becuase wether its oral or intercourse sex is still sex. If anyone were to ask about it. you could still say it was "oral" sex" but i suppose the answer is yes
