You could make a collage of pictures, have a picture frame ingraved with your names, get her a locket...all these are romantic. But I think you might be better off getting her something...more personal. Just take some time and think. You know her best and so you should be able to pick out the best present (..it's hard sometimes, though.)

Get her a grass skirt and a beautiful bikini. They have bikinis, you just can't find ANYWHERE else. Buy some leis too. We can't have too many flowers, you know. Get one for her hair too.
I think EVERY woman would LOVE to spend a day in a sexy, cute hula outfit.
I know, I WOULD! We like to feel sexy but without feeling sleazy.

I would give her some coconuts, a tiki dress and a shiny pearl neclace. Thats probly just me though. It is whatever you get her. No matter what it is she will cherish it because it is from you. Good Luck!
