I bought in tea (liquid) form and it works pretty good.

Is there any difference between the tea for and the capsules.

If there isn't, I'm considering getting the capsule form instead b/c it's more efficient.

READ THE LABELS!!!!!!!!!!!! I know what I am talking about. You will find that the capsules give a "milligram" amount. Do not trust stuff that you buy from a largely un monitored market. Instead go to a place like GNC or another reputable source before you waste your money or end up harming yourself. Good luck. Peace be with you

ah but can a capsule calm you down?

i dont take ginesing but if i did it would be the tea type rather than a plain ole capsule.

capsules DO tend to be more efficient though.
