When I install XP SP2 it never takes any administrator password/name and serial key during installation, although when i complete setup. It asks for password at logon. What I can do ?

1.you can contact Microsoft for help.
2. Try Updates Online.
( if you were trying from a CD)

It requires a password, probably. Try making up a password you can remember and continuing from there.
