I am looking for a thin white strip of border it has to be white for my daughter's room. I want to outline a line we painted with two white strips. But I am not sure if it exisits...Please help

A vinyl sign shop can help. They'll be able to make as many stripes as you need to your specs. You'll get the stripes stripped of extra vinyl and it will have a transfer tape that will help you place it on the wall. The people at the sign shop can give you further pointers.

Try a shop that sells auto body repair supplies. They have Pin-Striping tape. It comes in various widths. Some is designed to be used directly as the stripe. Others are stuck to the surface to be striped. Then a strip is peeled away, leaving the area perfectly masked. You paint, then remove the masking. Neat. Hope this helps

Why not try masking tape? Otherwise, I know you can buy different colors of tape at Home Depot.
