do you think it means something when you have a dream more than once?

Sure, it means something. But not necessarily anything to worry about.
Dreams are very symbolic sometimes. For 16 years I dreamed about my daughter drowning. In reality, she was emotionally drowning. When I realized this and got her in therapy, my dreams stopped.

Now I always dream about becoming a zombie and having sex with other zombies... I don't know WHAT that could mean!!

Absolutely! All your dreams mean something. It's just learning how to interpret them that's the trick. Usually the people in your dreams represent different parts of you(very rarely do they not). The way you feel throughout the dream is important. If it's a scary one, you're usually trying to scare yourself into realizing something. The place matters, the objects. The best thing to do is leave a notepad beside your bed. Then when you wake up you try to immediately write down everything you remember down to the last minute detail. Objects, people, places, feelings, EVERYTHING. Then try to interpret what each part of the dream means TO YOU. Like if your mother is in the dream, which part of you do you think she would represent. If you're at Niagra Falls, how does that place make you feel and what could it possibly represent?(maybe a place you've never been? that could represent a new place in your life you're venturing into. How did the dream make you feel throughout and how did it LEAVE you feeling when it ended. There are tons of self help books on these issues. Sometimes it helps to talk it out with someone who can ask you these questions, but you have to remember everything is representative of you and your life. If you are having a repetitive dream, you're obviously trying to tell yourself something, so good luck figuring it out! :) Happy Holidays!

Always. Dreams are your subconscious way of telling you whats going on that you may or may not be aware of. Dreams are a great way of gaging what your mental state is currently at. Dreams may or may not always make sense and they may or may not always be the most critical thing on your list. But don't just dismiss them as coincidence. Here's one thing that can help you, if you are not only remembering the dream you had but are also having this dream more than once, chances are your brain in trying to tell you something and you should pay attention to it.
