Baking soda and water work great. Take baking soda and add water to it until it is a paste then brush it on to your teeth, after a week or so you'll notice a brighter smile, and its pretty inexpensive.

brush regularly, and I use Crest whitening strips once a month. works like a charm. I get so many complents on my teeth..I'm embarased to say its probably the strips, not my tea-drinking habits that did it. haha :)
