How often should i do pilates and for how long in order to get the best tone body. And if anyone has any suggestions on videos i can do at home

every morning works well. Sometimes i'll do some night workouts too- just to calm down. Usually about an hour at a time.

I myself perfer Yoga, and weight lifting...each person is different. I know that you have to find what works for you. Whatever it is, stick to it, but don't get obsessive.
