Is anyone familiar with this Christmas cookie and how to make it (description in details)?

My neighbor made this great Christmas cookie one year. It was kind of like a brownie, but shaped like a little mountain, and it was full of creamy coconut. YUMMY.

no, it was more like a brownie in the shape of a mountain filled with coconut cream. Kind of hard to describe.
