yes it is. what you have to do is use windows to compress the file and then set a password on that compressed folder.

specificallyl
right click the file and select SEND TO
then select compressed folder then open it up
select file and add a password

This is done in Word. See if you can do it in Wordpad.

Open the file
cl File
cl Save as
In the window which will open, cl Tools
Select "Security Options"
cl Password to open

No. But you can place into a folder then encrypt it OR save it to a flash key and password and/ or encrypt contents. That will keep it safe.

I don't think it's possible. However, you can set a password in log in, so only you can log in into your computer.
