Sometimes the thought of now knowing you can go to the bathroom makes your body really want to go right away. But, if you are not near the toilet, you can wait longer.

It's like never being thirsty until the water is turned off. Or never wanting milk until you don't have any. Or being really horny when you can't get any. It's just a physical need.

While the urge to use the bathroom is somewhat involintary we all know that we can control it.... until a certain point where muscles just take over and you have an accident.
