well for one thing you can maybe help her with by talking to this guy and get some information on what kind of a girl he likes and see if he knows your friend and what he thinks of her. if you are afraid to do it you can as another friend who is also helping your other friend.

Ask the guy if he likes her or set them up on a blind date, or invite them both 2 a party. Basically, just try 2 get them 2 spend time alone and get 2 know each other 1 on 1.

get closer with the guy she likes, and tell him how awesome ur friend is , make ur friend go to a big party one nite and invite the guy she likes, get them more comfortable with eachother.
