It's your tinnitus. Better go see a doctor and stop listening to loud music. It's because of damage to your otoliths - a doc will explain more. However, it is a serious sign of hearing damage, and often will not go away, but can become worse. I have heard of people asking to surgically be made deaf to escape the noise - however they ended up not being able to hear, but still hear the ringing.

sure, it somewhat is spoke of as tinnitus and that's a symptom of harm on your listening to. for a lot of people it somewhat is style of audible, for some it comes and is going, for others that's usually there and for some that's painful. take care of your listening to, placed on ear plugs while around loud noises or you will hear it all of the time once you get to be an previous fart like me. BTW, i began listening to it as a teenager, it replaced into continuously there via 25 and that i can hearken to it now, even over audible music now at 40+

It could be a wax build up if it just started recently.

Wash your ear with Warm soapy water and see if clears up.

I popped a firecracker too close to my right ear once and it didn't stop ringing for about a day.

I know taking to much aspirin can cause ears to ring. I use to get that, it is also on aspirin labels. I'm sure there are many other reasons.

go to an eye-ear-nose MD. It could be damage to your inner ear caused by infection or exposure to loud noise.
