You don't. Females are overly concious of their appearance, and I'm sure she's aware that she has hair on her upper lip ... maybe she is simply unsure what to do about it or doesn't feel uncomfortable about it.
You could always buy her a gift certificate to a salon for Christmas, and make sure the stylist knows that's what she's going to be coming in for.

Well there really is no nice way to tell a girl that she needs to wax.....especially if it's concerning a premature mustache. It also depends on what kind of person she is.....can she take critisism or is she really sensitive. Most girls are sensitive so maybe you shouldn't tell her. Although I'm positive she has noticed that she has a mustache by now so letting her take matters into her own hands is probably a good idea. Personally, I wouldn't really want to be told that I needed to wax my mustache...even from someone I care about. I hope I helped answer your question.

Just tell her but make sure you are both by yourselves when you do it & say it in a nice way somehow & say it pretty quick & haha it might be best to tell her when you are in the dark so when the poor thing blushes it wont be so bad for her lol
she may get very hurt & upset because it is a very touchy area
but she may not be able to see it very well or she never looks at herself in the mirror
but do it because people always think women with face hair look gross so you are being kind really

First you have the common sense to be kind. Next leave it be it's really none of your business. Look in the mirror I'm sure there might be a quite few things wrong with you as well.

When i was young .. I never used to cut my hair and my mum cut it off in my sleep, perhaps you could shave her lip in her sleep ? Or you could just be honest with her, if she doesnt want to look silly she will listen to you as long as you are sensitive to her feelings. Let her you that you did it for her benefit, not to be a jerk.
