Right now I have Picasa, and it's amazing.. Its just as good, if not better than photoshop. I love it! I forgot how I downloaded it, but I'd suggest simply googling it and following the processes stated. It was relatively easy as well. Hope that helps!

Get the GIMP ( http://www.gimp.org ). It's as powerful as Photoshop, or nearly so.
