Toss into a crock pot with Barbecue sauce and Tabasco for yummy spicy BBQ wings - or use them to make chicken soup. You could also thaw them and coat with shake-n-bake or cover in batter and fry. Wings are pretty versatile and make a great appetizer or potluck treat. Good Luck!

I'm into a little bit healthier, so instead of frying I now bake them.
And this is how I prepare them:

Thaw them out. Disjoint them, cutting into 3 pieces and getting rid of the tip.
Spray a pan with Pam (or just coat lightly with oil) and lay the wings in a single layer. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until completely cooked.

--While cooking cut some celery sticks as an accompaniment.

Put the wings in a bowl and coat with a hot sauce (I like Durkee's for this) or with bar-b-que sauce.

If you want to be fancy - put the wings in a circle on a plate and in between each one put a celery stick.

If you don't want all the wings right away: after baking they can be refrozen (with sauce coating or without) and either reheated in the oven or microwaved at a later date.

actually, I'm marinating some right now. I just put the bag in the sink and run warm water over it. Or fill up the sink a bit with hot water and let the bag sit in it for a while. I mixed butter and hot sauce to make a buffalo sauce and poured it over the wings in a pan. I put them in the fridge till tomorrow....cook em for bout an hour

I always buy raw wings. Throw them in a pot of water and boil them for a while, then deep fry until they float and the skin is real crispy. It isn't real critical. Then I use some bottled hot sauce on them. The water I boiled them in I save and use again until it gets really rich, and then I use that to make soup after skimming off the fat. I let it cool and refrigerate or even freeze it between wing pig outs. And I freeze it until I'm ready to make soup.

Realize that the chicken in that bag lived a short life full of pain and suffering. Her wings were probably smashed as the poultry workers threw her into the cages at the back of the truck. She probably witnessed her fellow companions getting their throats sliced as they hung helplessly upside down. She still may have been alive as she hit the boiling tank that is used to loosen her feathers. Its ok though. She would most likely prefer death rather then to continue life stepping over the bodies and feces of other chickens that she knew at the farm. I would probably apologize to the chicken and bury it. Then I would show my respect for life over the holidays by going vegetarian and vow never to stuff another animal carcass in your mouth again.
