Depends on what you are looking for in the relationship. She is vulnerable and could be needing support and taking you for granted in the meantime. She is human. If you have her permission to engage in sex then I dont see anything shameful about it. Just use condoms. If you would like to pursue a relationship out of it then just let her run her course and try not to offer advice just be there with her through it. Let her know she has a safe place. Just remember that she is getting over a relationship and could be taking you for granted and to make sure she does not latch on because you are the one who will wind up getting hurt by it.

Be very careful, She might still feel very depressed about her failed relationship and she might react negatively if you put too much pressure on her. The best you can do is to stay by her side, comfort her and just be yourself. She will realise how special you are and will gradually fall for you. Be patient. For the moment, be her friend, let her open up to you.
