boys? girls cant help? I'm gonna try anyway.
since you two are both shy,try to get a friend of yours to help out. maybe even her friend to help along also. go on a double date..to a movie and dinner..but dont call it a date..just say ya'll are hanging out. cause if you say the word "date"..thats a hint..keep "hanging out" until ya'll get to seeing each other more, and when you finally feel ok to ask her out, do it. you better hurry because if you dont ask her soon, she's gonna be gone.
or even ask one of your friends to ask that girl out for you...?

Why dont you ask girls out? Fear of rejection?
Men ask women out!!! And most women expect men to still do that-- even though that has changes over the past 20 or 30 years.
If you like her enough you should ask her. Or at least wait until you have enough evidence that she likes you. But dont wait for a female to ask you out!! That is a serious role flip...
