The Atkins diet is great for people over 18.
It is kind of dangerous because you are not aloud to eat ANY CARBS. You will lose 50 pounds in 2 months if you also exercise for a half hour daily.
A healthier alternative is to do the GI diet.
You can buy the book at any bookstore, and lose weight quickly.
You could lose form 2-15 pounds a week depending how you eat and diet. You also have to exercise a half hour daily.

Cardio and eat small portions of healthy food it will trick ur brain into thinking u are eating more then u really are. Or another thing i heard but dont know if it works is u eat about half of ur normal calories for a week then u can eat ur normal calories for 3 or 4 or a lil bit of time then switch back to half the calories and it tricks ur brain into thinking ur eating more but im not sure about that one

try the cabbage soup diet.
it works for most people and you can lose up to 10 pounds in one week.
i've lost 10 lbs. total in a span of two weeks, not back-to-back, of course.
only do it once every two weeks or so.
be careful to keep it off, though.
it will slowly reappear if you eat more calories than you consume on the days you are off the diet.
to find out how many calories your body burns metabolically (by itself, as if you were lying in bed all day doing nothing), you will need to figure out your BMR (basal metabolic rate).

Control portions of foods, and also watch your calories. Drink plenty of water and no soda. Exercise. But it is unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week; and the faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back.

Drink a lot of water and watch your portions. Weight Watchers or LA Weight Loss are both great resources. LA monitors your health and watches what you are eating to give you good pointers to help.

Please, dont do anything stupid ok? If you need to lose real fast, it can put your body into shock and have a heart attack. I dont think anything you need to lose weight for is worth that risk.
