I don't want the "end" to happen in my lifetime. But it just feels so scary. The decline in morals, the affluenza, the destruction of the planet, the mocking of morals...do you think things will get better before they get worse? I mean, do you think this is just a false alarm and things will get better again, and then in the distant future things will get bad again and that's when he'll come? I'd hate to be living in the end days. I wish people would wake up and change. But I think a lot of us are. But is that enough?

This is just my opinion, but I think things will get worse until Jesus comes to fix everything. You are right that a lot of people are waking up. God's Church is being prepared. All you can do is keep your faith strong despite what is going on around the world. You can't worry about it because it will happen when God is ready. Surround yourself with love and those that believe as you do to help calm your fears. Believe in God and His will and you are going to be fine.

God Bless you and Merry Christmas.

No, things will get much worse. Please get right with God through His son, it is the only protection against what is coming. The bible says that in the end of days, things will "wax worse and worse". Ultimately, Jesus will return, He will rule and reign, and the world will be under God's rule again, perfect. Things under "men's" rule will never get better. It's all downhill from here.

I don't think things will get 'better'... i think the split between those who believe and those who don't will be greater and wider apart as time goes on... the morals will fall away further...
while living in the 'end times' isnt a comforting thought... knowing that we may see Christ come again is Hope in itself....

wow. now thats a perspective I can't understand...

I'm not christian(which I'm sure for you makes this all the more perplexing) but I am thrilled at the prospect of the end times happening in our days.

why would you not want it? many different people, of different beliefs feel "the big thing we've been waiting for for hundreds of years" is almost finally here.

why does it scare you?
