I AM REALLY NOT OVER WEIGHT BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET BACK IN SHAPE AFTER 2 KIDS. I DON`T WANT TO TAKE ANY OF THOSE PILLS THOUGH. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT A LITTLE BUT I AM LOOKING FOR A FASTER WAY.

chose the righ eat foods and eat at home they say you eat better when you eat at home. also work out

I would get a membership at the gym and try and work out as much as you can. Do cardio and weights. At one point I was going to the gym 5 times a week. I should go more often as I am eating too many Christmas goodies.

Hire a personal trainer and get motivated. Its difficult to excerise with out the proper motivation. A trainer will tell you what to do and hopefully push you to do well. As for a faster way, do a harder regiment. Tell the trainer what you want and they will make a workout for you to fit your goals. Good luck!

Faster way? LOL. You work out; lots. Modify your diet. There are no easy solutions.

try eating five smal meals a day [healthy meals] . then exercise . thats all it is eat right and exercise and you will see results.
