TAKE HER TO THE VET NOW!!!!!!!!!
Yeast dough will rise in the stomach very quickly and cause bloat. Then the stomach will rotate and cut off blood flow to the organs (called Gastric Dilatation Volvulus) and quite often kills them.
The vet clinic that I work at has had to treat three dogs in the last month for this, and sadly two of them died. The vet said that they only reason that the one dog lived was because his owner brought him in within 10 minutes of him eating the dough,

This is more serious than remixing your dough or catching her in the act. Get her to the vet NOW!!
"Unbaked yeast dough
Mmmmm, bread dough. It’s so sweet and yeasty, and there it is, rising in a warm place in the kitchen, just within reach of an interested counter surfer. What a mistake! Rapidly multiplying yeast cells cause swallowed dough to continue rising, creating a risk of blockage or even rupture of the gastrointestinal tract. Fermenting yeast also forms alcohol, and in severe cases, alcohol poisoning can occur.
If you bake yeast bread, sourdough bread, pizza, cinnamon buns, yeast rolls, or holiday breads from scratch, remember to keep the rising dough in a safe, dog-proof location. And if your dog swallows any, call your veterinarian immediately."
Get your butt moving!!!

Your dog will have huge bloat and enormous gas, but probably wont die from it since the stomach acid will neutralize the yeast.
Good Lord, I thought my brown lab, Hemmiedog, was the only one brazen enough to steal food off the kitchen table. Maybe you could try some baking soda in the poopers water dish.

You need to keep an eye on her. The bread can rise in her tummy and cause a lot of pain.

Your dog should be fine. I've had the same thing happen except that it was 2 loaves of bread dough that mine pinched. He threw up, and that was it. Greedy thing.

Better get her to a doggy ER. If that dough continues rising, she may get bloat and that is BAD.

Good luck with that. My dog stole and ate a box of fudge I was up at 4:30am cleaning up dog sick, I am glad that was the worst of it though. Last week it was no-bake cookies.
the dog want their holiday treats too, I guess.

To double check, you should call your vet to be sure. (Probably the vet on call since it's the weekend) As far as I know, the dog will probably be fine. He may have some excess gas and/or diarrhea. Keep a good eye on him and keep all future loaves out of his reach. (Obviously)
