lol yep. Touching someone's arm or hand a lot, signals flirting. It's just her way of having an excuse to touch you.
Plus, look for the eye contact and slight smiles and possibly brushing bits of "imaginary" fluff of herself (or you). Look down, playing with her hair or doing her hair in front of you. Laughing at things you say when they may not actually be all that funny.

i would say if she's constantly making eye contact with you, such as more than usual, and if she's really looking into your eyes, not just looking at your face or something.
