theres this 18 GB storage room on my local disk. I want to know if i can download something that can make more room for my stuff? Can i download something that gets me more gigabytes?

So far as I know, you don't download storage room, you free up that which you have purchased.
You can run Disk Cleanup, Scandisk, and Defrag, but you will just have to allow some time to dump things you no longer use - or - get a bigger hard drive.

There is no program to increase room on the hard drive.
You may want to attempt a disk cleanup, by going to
Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup
This usually gains the average computer user1GB of space.

u cannot make any room's at all u must get large capacity hard disk like 120 gb to resolve this problem

u can buy a bigger hard drive that allows you to hold more space
it's impossible to download something that gets your more gigabytes
