Any course of study that results in at least the equivalent of a bachelor's degree is sufficient, but you can only get an H1 visa based on a legitimate job offer from a US company. And as someone already mentioned, the quotas are reached very, very quickly.

usually because of the fact no longer many people are experienced and be keen to artwork for a modest earnings because of the fact the H1B's. once you verify out the style of ranges held by ability of people, for people who somewhat carry stepped forward ranges, people tend to flow extra for humanities, music, wide-unfold learn, company and ranges like those. some have IT, however the gap is somewhat empty for technology and math. once you verify out foreigners, that's in basic terms the different. they have extra stepped forward ranges, with minors in IT. They decide for the no longer difficulty-free stuff like math and technology, and are keen to artwork extra low-fee. Who wins on the tip of the day, whilst firms % technical qualifications?
