Raw carrots are a nutritious snack, but you should eat cooked carrots, too: Cooking breaks down the vegetable's tough cell walls, releasing more beta carotene. Cooking also brings out carrots natural sweetness.

The raw carrots contain more vitamins and minerals as compared the cooked !! This is because, the vitamins are on the surface of the carrot. Hence , boiling a carrot will make all its vitamin depleted !!

On the other hand, it is also argied that the boiled carrots do not really effect the teeth in some way !! and there is a style to eat it like the rabbit i guess

They are better for things like salads and cold platter snacks.More nutrition in raw carrots. However many people prefer the flavor of cooked carrots. not quite as many nutrients but the water you boil them in can be mixed with other ingredients and you have soup.

Either way is fine with me, but you probably get more nutrition and vitamins, etc from the uncooked ones.
