I have a brother all-in-one and it scans letter size documents into Softscan Paperport. I need to scan legal size documents? Can I use this program or is there another program I can use. I work in the mortgage lending industry and many forms are on 8 1/2 x 14 size paper.

If you only do a little work of this nature you might consider scanning the documents at a print store such as Kinko's, etc. But, if you do a lot of scanning in 8.5x14 size, then I think you'd have to get a scanner that will do that size. Below is a link to one on Amazon.com.

If the flatbed is large enough for a legal document, you should be able to set the scanning size to use it.

Try out the other manufacturers too, just put scanners for legal documents in Google.
Good luck and Merry Xmas
