i just recently got braces, and im 18 yrs old!! so it was pretty late for me to get it, but any tips on how to get them off ASAP!!

There's really nothing you can do to speed up the process except follow your dentist's/orthodontist's directions. If you don't, it'll just make the process longer.

See i have braces too and i know how you feel. All you can do is listen to the dentist and do what they say, and take good care of ur braces, like brush and floss every day. I know it's a drag but before you know it you'll have a beautiful smile. That's something to look forward to.

always wear the bands, even if they are bothersome. you probably won't get these until later. just follow what your orthodontist says. I didn't get my braces put on til I was 22 and in the working world, and I found this very difficult. I wish I'd got it over when I was 18 :) good luck :)

well u can't take them off yourself
a dentist have to take them off
why get braces in the first place?
do u know how expensive they are?

go to ur orthodontist and demand them off!!!!!!!!!!
