i found some but many of them are trial version, it only converts for 20 sec, or after few songs it asks for payments
can you tell me where i can find free version without any restrictions? thanks

Some apps come with hardware, my MP3 player came with software, so did my USB Sound Card, maybe burn the files to a standard audio and and use real player to rip to mp3...

Windows Media Player 10 and up allow you to rip music files from CDs, convert them to .mp3 format, and then syncronize it to your mp3 player.

You should be able to rip music with Windows Media Player. If you can't with your version, update it.
