alright so heres the deal. Im the funny guy that everyone likes to hang out with and i make everyone laugh but i cant help but think that i will just always be that guy.See the problem is there is this girl that ive known for a while and i always think of her sometimes i cant stop but i dont kno if i should make a move because i dotn kno if she will see me as the real person iam or just the funny guy... I need help!

i am sure that apart from ur funny side u have a serious side too , so anyone who will know u will see the person u are with all ur sides .

If she thinks you're funny (in an amusing way) then that's definitely a good start. You already said you can make everyone laugh and most people like that, that's why you're popular.
Everybody wants to be around someone who can make them happy and feel good, so just enjoy being the funny guy, but maybe concentrate your efforts on this girl a bit more. Show more interest in her and how you make her feel, if she likes you then they'll be plenty of time for her to see the other sides to your personality.

Take a chance and be brave. I have a similar problem with a guy that I hang out with a lot. We have a great time together, but as a girl, I'm afraid to make the first move. I would want the guy to. I feel the same way but I'm a girl and you know what I fell for a guy i thought I had no chance with and he was just the type of guy whose nice to everyone and wouldnt go for the funny, slightly dorky girl like me and I was wrong...take the chance or you'll regret it.

I was exactly in the same boat as you 2 days ago my friend.It was doing my head in.A couple of egg-nogs I made the move & confessed all.The lady felt the same way.now i've bagged the sweetest most gorgeaous most adorable American girl that country has ever produced.It's Christmas & my birthday in 1 go!

she would see you as the funny guy....thats who you are on the surface....im sure if she saw the more serious you she will like that too....you need to just ask her out and be yourself.....see what happens from there....being funny for me is a huge attraction point when looking at men...we all need a sense of humour.....
