To that you can add statutory rape and sexual predator. Guys in prison will really, really like him, in case you're curious about that too.

A 30 year old guy and a 16 year old girl? Um, for starters, yes it is illegal. But even if it wasn't most 16 year old do not have the mental or emotional maturity to be ready for a full blown 30 year old man.
Girls in their teens are at a very very vulnerable stage. Their hormones are pumping, they think their ready for anything and everything is very exciting. They have no idea half the time what they are really getting themselves into, they often think it's "cool" and "thrilling". So often, they wind up a mess because some older guy takes advantage of that age they're at and "shows them the ropes". And many older guys are only too happy to do so. 30 something year old guys are actually the most risky of all. They've been there and done that by that age, and often find the young teen girls the most appealing.
You may not be like that, you may genuinely have feelings for someone who happens to be very young. But definitely, it is wrong and be aware that so often they come across as being ready, when they are usually not. Yes there is the rare circumstance that a girl can be very mature at a very young age, and a guy of 30 can be very young for his age and things can occur.
But certainly, most times, it just comes across as predatory behaviour and so often is.

I'm not condoning - just stating the facts
in some states it is legal. It's called age of consent. Many southern states have lower age limits.

Fast forward 30 years, now he is 60 and she is 46 is that so far off? In today's world 16 is not mature enough and even if it does happen to be legal it would be very unwise. Besides what would you talk about with a 14 year gap?

If you had to ask, I think you already knew the answer. Consider this: think of the girl not as a person, rather as prey to a world-wise, sophisticated predator. The 16 yr. old really doesn't have a chance, other than the guidance and love of her parents as well as the legal system. The dude should have his nuts cut.

Yes, it's illegal. Sexual relations between a minor (under 18 years old) and a legal adult is considered illegal and depending on the state grounds for prison time.

looks like alot of authorities around here and the majority are wrong..i personally think it is wrong, but depending on the state it is not illeagal..of course if it was my daughter the guy woudl be walking home with more than a severe limp
