i think you should both wait until you turn 18; I am not trying to say give up, but at 15 and 22, that's just asking for trouble--legally. You are 15--you have so much to experience! And be careful because you are a teen and he CAN go around and experience things that you can't since he's over 21!!! If he really cares for you, you both can agree to keep it on the friendship level and wait things out until a more "appropriate" time to begin dating. I am not against dating an older guy; when I was 19, I dated a 28 year old and it seems that depending upon maturity, that age is nothing but a number! However, age IS more than a number in court!!! ask yourself--would our families be comfortable with it? If not, the relationship may prove to be a headache.

I think age is a relative thing. If the feelings are real, it could work. It will take a lot of patience and work, though. I find it foolish that going to jail should be an issue. I think that this is only if there is a sexual relationship. It doesn't, necessarily, have to be like this. There is no reason why a relationship cannot work without sexual limitations. If he loves you and respects you that is all that should matter. Only time will tell. Good luck!

Sorry dear, U R still teen! So, yet u have lot of time to think about all these issues. & year gap between 2 mature people is not that uncommon or unnatural. Rather quite justified. In sense of understanding & observing life togather1I sugessest, let u to be 22 & him 29. It is perfect.

Its not the liking or disliking, keep your self aloof from him . As from your question it self it seems that you are tempted to have some sexual relations with him. He might have started the foreplay but mind it, and tell him to wait for another 3 yrs for having intercourse/marriage. His replay and behaviour will make u judge better of his love/lust.
Weeknes seems to be from your side because its your age where generally children get slipped due to parents not paying proper attention.
Once again, do'nt give that fellow a chance in any remote place or he will screw you.

who says this guy is too old for you ?
the only thing is that, this guy could get into trouble for not waiting for another three years....for you to mature.....
i met some one on this forum whose husband is 29 years older than her. they r married and are enjoying a setishfied marriage and sexual life. i knows lots of such relations, all are successful in their relationships.
age difference is what you count on your fingers, not on your love-life affiars.
but wait for another atleast three more years, mature and become LEGALLY FIT FOR MARRIAGE first, before taking any further steps. if your boyfriend still stay on ur track by then, then only think of about the marriage part. Else he may end up behind BARS.
Good luck.......

Stay away from him. Even if you trust him and don't think he'd ever do anything to you without your permission, guys who get involved with younger girls usually have self esteem issues and feel the only girls they can get are younger ones who don't know any better. I know you like him and he may like you but the safest thing to do is just stay away until you're a little older.

You wait until you're at least 18. Sorry, but for now, you need to find someone your own age. He is definitely too old for you. He could go to jail.

You did not specify "too old for what"? if you are thinking of falling in love you are still too young or that. Please concentrate on your studies as life has to go long way for you, and I am not sure if this blog allows people under 18?

well... at your age 7 years is a gigantic difference, you should do nothing but keep in touch and when you are 20 see if you still like him and he is still available, in the meantime have fun with some boys your own age, who knows, you might fall for one of them
